长春光学精密机械研究所仪器的总体设计从整个设计工作中逐渐形成独立的一部分是在六十年代初期。我们所从事的工作在全部光学仪器领域中只是相当窄的一部份,经验很有局限性。把我们实际上接触到的研究工作归纳起来,总体设计包含这几方面:1.运用研究;2.指标分析;3.总体参数确定;4.各分系统任务的平衡和指标分配。关于总体设计中针对某种类型仪器的指标分析,误差分配等问题的具体计算方法,已在以前的文章中有实例。本文试图把总体设计中若干带普遍性的问题提出来,探讨再推进一步的可能性。
Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, the overall design of the instrument from the entire design work gradually formed an independent part of the early sixties. The work we do is only a fairly narrow part of all optical instruments, with limited experience. To summarize the research work that we actually touch on, the overall design includes these aspects: 1. the application research; 2. the index analysis; 3. the overall parameter determination; 4. the balance of the subsystems’ tasks and the distribution of the indexes. The specific design method for the problem of index analysis and error distribution for a certain type of instrument in the overall design has been shown in the previous articles. This article attempts to put forward some general issues in the overall design and discuss the possibility of further steps.
