文言文要不要教,教多少,从什么时候开始教起,这是语文教育界争论不休的老问题。最近,在网上读到韩军与王尚文就这一问题的争论,我感到还有许多话要说。我认为,学习文言文的主要目的既不在于掌握词汇句法,也不在于了解一下古代文化的文采与辉煌,而在于传承我国特有的文化。 It is an old problem in the Chinese educational circles that endless debate should be held about whether classical Chinese should teach or not, how much to teach, and when to start teaching.
