目的:分析木犀科女贞属植物小叶女贞挥发油的化学组成。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油,用GC-MS进行成分分析。结果:利用GC-MS法对小叶女贞挥发油进行了化学组分的定性和定量分析,共分离出76个色谱峰,并且确认了其中35个化合物,占挥发油总量的72.62%。主要成分为十六烷酸(17.28%),其次为(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-十八烷三烯酸乙酯(12.13%)、叶绿醇(5.80%)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、重现性好。
Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Ligustrum lucidum from the genus Ligularia. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile components of Ligustrum lobalis by GC-MS showed 76 peaks were separated and 35 compounds were identified, accounting for 72.62% of the total volatile oil. The main components were hexadecanoic acid (17.28%), followed by (Z, Z, Z) -9,12,15-octadecyltrienoate (12.13%) and phytol (5.80%). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and reproducible.
