运用激光表面强化理论和技术,对NiCrMo半冷硬铸铁热轧辊材料进行激光相变硬化和熔凝处理后,表层分别得到针状马氏体和莱氏体白口组织,硬度由原来的51 HRC提高到70 HRC左右,材料的耐磨性提高。
