众所周知,任何一个企事业单位的发展,均离不开专业技术人才的支持。在市场体制改革不断深入的背景下,如何加强专业人才管理,充分履行各项社会职能,已成为众多事业单位面临的重要课题。本文首先就当前我国事业单位专业人才管理机制存在的问题展开分析,进而提出有效的完善对策,以期能够实现对事业单位人力资源更好的管理,为社会主义建设提供服务。
As we all know, any one of the development of enterprises and institutions, are inseparable from the professional and technical personnel support. Under the background of deepening market system reform, how to strengthen professional personnel management and fully perform various social functions has become an important issue for many institutions. This paper first analyzes the existing problems of professional talent management mechanism in our country, and then puts forward effective countermeasures so as to achieve a better management of human resources in public institutions and provide services for the construction of socialism.
