目的探讨促性腺激素释放激素受体(GnRH R)mRNA在正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达。方法采用原位杂交技术,检测23份增生期正常子宫内膜、30份分泌期正常子宫内膜及30份子宫内膜腺癌组织中GnRH RmRNA的表达。结果正常子宫内膜及子宫内膜腺癌组织中GnRH RmRNA均呈阳性表达,其阳性信号物质位于细胞质。增生期及分泌期正常子宫内膜组织GnRH RmRNA的阳性表达率分别为17%(4/23)和17%(5/30),两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);子宫内膜腺癌组织GnRH RmRNA的阳性表达率为40%(12/30),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织[17%(9/53),P<0.05]。结论GnRH可直接作用于子宫内膜产生内分泌作用,癌变的子宫内膜细胞表面GnRH R明显增多。
Objective To investigate the expression of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRH R) mRNA in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect the expression of GnRH RmRNA in 23 proliferative normal endometrium, 30 secretory normal endometrium and 30 endometrial adenocarcinoma. Results The GnRH RmRNA in normal endometrium and endometrial adenocarcinoma showed positive expression, and the positive signal substance located in the cytoplasm. The positive rates of GnRH RmRNA in proliferative and secretory normal endometrium tissues were 17% (4/23) and 17% (5/30), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The positive expression rate of GnRH RmRNA in endometrial adenocarcinoma was 40% (12/30), which was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium [17% (9/53), P <0.05]. Conclusion GnRH can directly act on the endometrium to produce endocrine effect, and the cancerous endometrial cell surface GnRH R significantly increased.
