目的:建立含山楂类保健食品中展青霉素的含量测定方法,完善相关保健食品中展青霉素的质量控制。方法:色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(2)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.8%四氢呋喃溶液;流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:276 nm。结果:展青霉素在1~20 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均加样回收率为92.1%,RSD=2.2%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、可靠、准确,可用于含山楂类保健食品中展青霉素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of patulin in health food containing hawthorn and to improve the quality control of patulin in related health food. Method: Column: Agilent TC-C18 (2) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: 0.8% tetrahydrofuran; flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1; nm. Results: The linearity of patulin in the range of 1 ~ 20 ng was good (r = 1.000 0). The average recovery was 92.1% and RSD was 2.2% (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the determination of patulin in health food containing hawthorn.
