目的 :研究粘附分子 E- Cadherin( E- CD)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征及术野脱落癌细胞的关系 ,以求更深入地探讨乳腺癌侵袭和转移的机制 ,为乳腺癌临床的诊治提供参考。 方法 :采用免疫组织化学 ABC法 ,研究 E- CD在 52例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达强度。 结果 :52例乳腺癌中 E-CD正常表达者 1 5例 ( 2 8.9% ) ,减弱表达者 1 4例 ( 2 6.9% ) ,表达缺失 2 3例 ( 4 4.2 % ) ,总异常表达率为71 .1 %。 E- CD的表达与组织学分级显著相关 ,异常表达率 级 ( 36.4% )明显低于 级 ( 75% )和 级( 92 .3% ) ( P<0 .0 5) ,脱落细胞阳性组 ( 84.6% )显著高于脱落细胞阴性组 ( 57.7% ) ( P<0 .0 5)。E- CD的表达未发现与年龄、肿瘤直径、病理分期、腋淋巴结状态有显著相关。 结论 :乳腺癌普遍存在 E- CD的表达缺陷 ;E- CD的表达与乳腺肿瘤的组织学分级密切相关 ,分化越差 ,肿瘤细胞 E- CD的异常表达率越高 ;E- CD异常表达率高者 ,癌细胞越易脱落至手术野。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of E-Cadherin (E-CD) in breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features and tumor cells in order to explore more deeply the mechanism of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Breast cancer clinical diagnosis and treatment provide a reference. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the expression of E-CD in 52 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Results: Fifty-two cases (29.9%) of the 52 cases with normal expression of E-CD, and 14 cases (29.2%) of whom had weakened expression. The total abnormal expression rate was 71 .1%. The expression of E-CD was significantly correlated with histological grade (36.4%), which was significantly lower than that of grade (75%) and grade (92.3% 84.6%) was significantly higher than that of exfoliated cells (57.7%) (P <0.05). E-CD expression was not found with age, tumor diameter, pathological stage, axillary lymph node status was significantly correlated. Conclusion: The expression of E-CD is common in breast cancer. The expression of E-CD is closely related to the histological grade of breast cancer. The worse the differentiation, the higher the abnormal expression rate of E- High, the more easily cancer cells fall off to the surgical field.
