Graft versus host disease (GVHD) is due to donor T cells attacking the host tissue. Even though HLA-identical siblings are transplanted, the incidence of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) after transplantation is about 60%, with about 50% of those directly or indirectly dying from GVHD. Graft versus host disease (GVHD) is a major obstacle to allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Allo-HSCT). Proper prevention, timely detection and correct disposal are the keys to successful transplantation. This article reports two cases of diarrhea after allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (Allo-PBSCT), confirmed by intestinal biopsy under colonoscopy for aGVHD grade Ⅰ, improved after treatment. And review the relevant literature.
