为了解小样儿智能发育情况,以南方七省区协作测定的不同胎龄新生儿出生体重为标准,筛选出本院1986年出生的<2500g低出生体重儿118例,随机取59例在二年中作了随访及DDST智能筛选检查,并与广州市儿童1985年体格的衡量数字作比较,随访同时作护理喂养指导,并指导加强锻炼及早期教育。资料与结果一、一般资料男31例,女28例;出生体重<1500g 1例,~1999g 10例,~2499g 48例,其中7例为双胎之一,2例为三胎之二;胎龄最小者32周。共分三组,早产低体重儿(32~36周)29例,足月低体重儿(37~42周)27例,过期低体重儿(>42周)3例,除早产低体重儿中
