互助学习作为一种重要的学习方式,能有效弥补教师难以面向众多有差异学生的教学不足,有利于培养学生的竞争意识和合作精神。但从数学知识的特点来看,并不是所有知识都适合小组学习,也不是一节课的每一个环节都需要小组互助。因此,互助学习能力的养成需要一个培养的过程,首先是对学习意识的培养,然后是把握时机,最后才是有效地运用互助学习方法。
As an important learning method, mutual aid learning can effectively make up for teachers ’lack of teaching to many different students and help to cultivate the students’ sense of competition and cooperation. However, from the point of view of the characteristics of mathematical knowledge, not all knowledge is suitable for group learning, nor is it necessary for each group to help each other in every session of a class. Therefore, the development of mutual aid learning ability needs a training process, first of all, the training of learning awareness, and then seize the opportunity, the last is the effective use of mutual learning methods.
