人力资源管理信息系统(HRIS)在组织人力资源管理活动中发挥着重要作用。本文在论述人力资源管理信息系统数据质量重要性的基础上,剖析了当前系统数据质量存在的问题,并就开展人力资源信息系统数据质量治理进而提升人力资源管理水平进行了深入探讨。
Human Resource Management Information System (HRIS) plays an important role in organizing human resource management activities. Based on the discussion of the importance of the data quality of human resource management information system, this paper analyzes the existing problems of system data quality and discusses in depth the data quality management of human resource information system and the improvement of human resource management level.
