在微观的专业层面,高等职业教育的课程、教师和校企合作要素对学生就业的影响如何?所属院校的特征和地区的经济背景又是如何影响专业的生产效率的?本文以全国制造大类的专业为研究对象,采用随机前沿方法进行实证分析,发现:专任教师的比例等要素会对学生的就业产生积极的影响;不同类型的院校之间的人才培养效率出现了分化;地区的人均GDP和产业结构水平对高职的人才培养效率影响显著。
At the microscopic level, what are the influences of the curriculum of higher vocational education, the cooperation between teachers and school-enterprise on the employment of students? What are the characteristics of the affiliated colleges and how the economic background of the region affects the professional production efficiency? In this paper, It is found that: the proportion of full-time teachers and other factors will have a positive impact on the employment of students; the efficiency of talent cultivation among different types of colleges and universities has diverged; and that of regions Per capita GDP and industrial structure have a significant impact on the efficiency of personnel training in higher vocational education.
