目的:建立墨旱莲中旱莲苷C,旱莲苷IV,旱莲苷A,刺囊酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法:样品用50%甲醇超声提取,采用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7μm),流动相乙腈-水,流速0.3m L·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃,进样量5μL。结果:旱莲苷C,旱莲苷IV,旱莲苷A,刺囊酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷4种皂苷成分的加样回收率均在95%~105%,其RSD均<3%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确,可用于墨旱莲中旱莲苷C,旱莲苷IV,旱莲苷A,刺囊酸-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Ecliptae C, Eclogin IV, Eclogin A, Echinacin-28-O-β-D-glucoside in Eclipta. Methods: The samples were extracted with 50% methanol by ultrasonic. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water with a flow rate of 0.3 m L · min-1 using a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column (2.1 mm × 150 mm, 1.7 μm) Temperature 30 ℃, injection volume 5μL. Results: The recoveries of four saponins from abamectin C, abalone IV, abalone glycoside A and epididymal esterase -28-O-β-D-glucoside all ranged from 95% to 105% <3%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate and can be applied to the determination of Ecliptae C, Eclogin IV, Eclogin A, Echinacin-28-O-β-D-glucoside in Eclipta prostrata.
