平宝公司首山一矿己16-17煤层为煤与瓦斯突出煤层,在首采面12010工作面风机巷掘进的同时,在其上部超前开掘高位抽放巷,施工穿层钻孔进行瓦斯抽放。通过在12010风巷高抽巷施工穿层钻孔,以瓦斯压力为考察指标测定己16-17煤层Φ89mm抽放钻孔的有效抽放半径,经过现场考察及对测定数据的分析,最终确定己16-17煤层Φ89mm抽放钻孔的有效抽放半径。
