近来,干部岗位培训工作十分火热,一批批干部被送往各类院校接受短期培训,开阔了视野,增长了才干。但是也存在一些问题,值得引起重视。一、目的不明确、认识模糊。有的单位搞不清到底是因为工作需要而培训,还是因为大势所趋,并且上面又有专门拨款而培训;选送干部培训的单位,往往是仓促点将,使得一些工作出色的同志,总是因为工作忙轮不上培训.而一些工作平庸,无所事事的人,则一再被送去学习.
