In the past two decades, tremendous advances have been made in the field of analytical techniques for the analysis of drugs and their metabolites in biological fluids, and the results have greatly improved the best effect of drug treatment. A key element in monitoring in vivo drug metabolism is the significant achievement of spectroscopy and chromatography, and in the last few years other methodologies have also been greatly developed.
