断奶SD大鼠8窝32只,每窝4只随机分到4个组给予喂养,在正常饲料基础上分别加入7%的4种不同食用油喂养28天,这4种饲料的脂肪供热量皆为29.5%。4种油的饱和脂肪酸:单不饱脂肪酸:多不饱和脂肪酸(S:M:P)比值依次为:1.30:10.83:1:0.24:0.33:1;4.98:5.30:1;1.99:3.08:1。实验发现,第4号油组比第1号油组。大鼠血清中TC明显低,HDL-C/TC比值明显高,P<0.05。其他组间的差异,统计分析皆无显著意义。动物体重的增加,第4组比第1组高22.17%,但统计分析,组间差异无显著意义。
Weaned SD rats had 8 litters and 32 litters, 4 litters per litter were randomly assigned to 4 groups for feeding. They were fed with 7% of 4 different edible oils on the basis of normal feed for 28 days. The fat supply of these 4 types of feed was Both are 29.5%. The ratio of saturated fatty acid:monounsaturated fatty acid:polyunsaturated fatty acid (S:M:P) in four oils was: 1.30:10.83:1:0.24:0.33:1;4.98:5.30:1;1.99:3.08:1 . The experiment found that No. 4 oil group was better than No. 1 oil group. The TC in the serum of rats was significantly lower and the HDL-C/TC ratio was significantly higher, P<0.05. Differences between other groups were statistically insignificant. The increase in animal weight was higher in group 4 than in group 1 by 22.17%. Statistical analysis, however, showed no significant difference between groups.
