热锻中小型轴承环毛坯(外径φ30~120mm)的加热次数,目前在我国的轴承生产中存在着两种情况:一种是先加热一火进行切料,然后再加热一火进行锻造(简称二火锻造);另一种则是在一火加热中连续完成切料和锻造两道工序(简称一火锻造)。一火切料锻造工艺在国外如西德瓦格纳的压力机自动线工艺和瑞士哈特布尔的高速镦锻机工艺以及平锻机锻造轴承环的工艺等,采用感应电加热或者油炉加热,在一火内完成切料和锻造工序。然而在我国,除了平锻机工艺和引进瓦格纳的压力机自动线工艺外,多数压力机连续和自由锻锤生产线的切料和锻造工序,是在二次加热中完成的。但是,
