通过盆栽试验,研究了土培条件下,双子叶植物黄瓜和禾本科单子叶植物小麦根细胞质外体中铁的累积状况。结果表明,在土壤有效铁缺乏的情况下,小麦根细胞质外体中可以有大量铁的累积,约占根吸收铁总量的53%。而黄瓜根系质外体铁的累积却非常少,仅占根吸收铁总量的4.7%。说明根细胞质外体铁的累积可能与植物缺铁条件下的适应性机理不同有关;在土壤中供给可溶态铁(如EDTA-Fe)时,无论黄瓜或小麦,其根系质外体均可累积较多的铁,约占根吸收铁总量的75%~80%。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the accumulation of iron in the cytoplasm of the root system of dicotyledonous monocotyledons and monocots of dicotyledonous plants under soil culture conditions. The results showed that there was a large amount of iron accumulation in the root apoplast of wheat, accounting for about 53% of the total iron absorbed by the root, in the absence of available soil iron. The cucumber root extracorporeal iron accumulation is very small, accounting for only 4.7% of the total root absorption of iron. The results showed that the accumulation of extracellular iron in root cells may be related to the different adaptive mechanisms under the condition of iron deficient in plants. When supplying soluble iron (such as EDTA-Fe) in soil, cucumber or wheat, More iron accumulation, accounting for about 75% of the total root absorption of iron 80%.
