本方法是利用根据钢铁研究院的“动态平衡式空心阴极光源”组装的光源装置,在中型水晶摄谱仪上进行氧化钨(WO_3)中微量磷的测定。试样若为钨粉、钨条、钨丝,则均需转化成氧化钨粉末后进行测定。选定的分析条件为:三标准试样法,氩气压2至3モ,阴极材料为光谱纯石墨电极,样品称量30毫克装入阴极小孔中压紧备摄谱,工作电流300毫安,曝光时间150秒。按△W-lgC绘制工作曲线,分析线对为P2535.65A/Ar 2536.04A,灵敏度达5×10~(-4)%,单次摄谱测定结果的均方偏差为11%,测定结果与化学法结果基本一致。
