在全球化经济环境日益完善和普及的今天,跨国公司的发展已经成为涵盖了业务发展、外部管理和内部资源统筹等多方面内容兼容的一项高难度工作,跨国公司为保证自身的竞争力,要保障资本充足、技术扎实、高效的品牌影响、完善的营销系统以及科学的管理方式等等,而这其中,作为所有内部事务基础的部分就是人力资源的管理。在华的一些跨国公司在我国经营期间,需要选取大量的本土化人力资源方能更为方便地开展管理和制定地区化的特定发展目标,因此本文主要分析在华外企的人力资源本土化的具体成因,了解其人力资源本土化进程中所存在的一些问题,最终依据这些问题提出特定的解决和改进方案。
Today, as the globalized economic environment is increasingly perfected and popularized, the development of transnational corporations has become a difficult task that covers many aspects such as business development, external management and internal resource co-ordination. In order to ensure their competitiveness, To ensure adequate capital, solid technology, efficient brand influence, a sound marketing system and scientific management, etc., of which, as part of all internal affairs is part of the human resources management. During the period of China’s operation, some multinational corporations in China need to select a large number of localized human resources to manage and formulate specific development goals of regionalization more easily. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the specifics of localization of human resources in foreign enterprises in China Cause, understand some of the problems existing in the process of localization of human resources, and ultimately propose specific solutions and improvement programs based on these issues.
