目的:建立高灵敏度测定样品中四环素的电位分析法。方法:基于分子印迹整体柱,以四环素-磷钨酸离子缔合物为电活性物质,构建成PVC为基质膜的高灵敏度四环素选择电极,并对电极性能指标进行评价。结果:在pH2~4溶液中,电极的线性范围为1×10-8~1×10-3mol.L-1,斜率为58.3mV/pC,检出限为约6×10-9mol.L-1,精密度和准确度好。结论:该电极灵敏度高,选择性好,测定结果准确可靠,可用于药片、人血清、水产品等样品中四环素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a high sensitivity method for the determination of tetracycline in samples. Methods: Based on the molecularly imprinted monolithic column, a tetracycline-phosphotungstic acid ion association complex was used as the electroactive substance to construct a highly sensitive tetracycline selective electrode with PVC matrix membrane. The performance of the electrode was evaluated. Results: In pH2 ~ 4 solution, the linear range of the electrode was 1 × 10-8 ~ 1 × 10-3mol.L-1, the slope was 58.3mV / pC, the detection limit was about 6 × 10-9mol.L- 1, precision and accuracy is good. Conclusion: The electrode has high sensitivity, good selectivity, accurate and reliable determination results and can be used for the determination of tetracycline in samples, human serum and aquatic products.
