首先建立了建筑用水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的测定方法;然后以取样量、加热炉的加热温度和混合时间等为试验因素,采用单因素试验法优选出测定水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:当取样量为20 mg、加热炉的加热温度为170℃和混合时间为60 s时,水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的测定结果具有良好的重现性(平均回收率为93%~100%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~5.3%);应用该方法和标准推荐的方法测定不同类型水基型胶粘剂的水分含量,两者结果相近,并且前者的操作更简单、更快速且取样量更少。
First of all, the method of determining the moisture content in building water-based adhesives was established. Then, taking the sample volume, the heating temperature and the mixing time of the heating furnace as test factors, the single factor test method was used to optimize the determination of the moisture content in the water-based adhesives Good process conditions. The results showed that the water content of the water-based adhesive had a good reproducibility when the sample volume was 20 mg, the heating temperature of the heating furnace was 170 ℃ and the mixing time was 60 s (average recovery was 93% 100% and relative standard deviation of 1.6% -5.3%).
