本文探讨了二价金属离子和α氨基酸络合作用中的线性自由能关系,认为络合物的 logK_1和配体氨基酸根质子化常数对数值的线性组合之间有着直线关系,即 logK_1=alogK_(-CO_2)~H+blogK_(a-NH_2)~H,并将此公式和体现硬软酸碱原理的四参数公式 logK_1=E_AE_B+C_AC_B 作了比较,确定了跟金属离子性质有关的 a、b 两参数的取值,从而为计算 logK_1提供了一个半径验的方法.文章介绍了作者对尚未见于文献报道的 Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和色氨酸、赖氨酸在25℃、μ=0.1时的络合稳定常数 K_1值作了实验测定,并和上述公式所得的计算值进行了比较,结果是令人满意的.
In this paper, the relationship between the linear free energy in the complexation of divalent metal ions and α-amino acids is discussed. It is considered that there is a linear relationship between the log K 1 of the complex and the linear combination of the proton protonation constants of the ligands, ie, logK_1 = alogK_ -CO_2) ~ H + blogK_ (a-NH_2) ~H, and the formula is compared with the four-parameter logK_1 = E_AE_B + C_AC_B which reflects the principle of hard and soft acids and bases. The two parameters provide a method of radius test for calculating logK 1. This paper introduces the methods of calculating the radius of logK_1.The paper introduces the effect of Co (Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ), Cu (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ) Acid and lysine at 25 ℃, μ = 0.1 when the complex stability constant K_1 values were determined experimentally, and calculated values obtained by the above formula were compared, the results are satisfactory.
