本文观察60例单纯性肥胖患者左、右无名指甲皱微循环的变化表明：（1）肥胖患者甲皱微循环异常发生率明显高于对照组，且肥胖程度越严重，微循环改变越明显。（2）肥胖患者甲皱微循环的变化与其并发症有一定关系，合并糖尿病时，甲皱微循环改变尤其明显。（3）肥胖患者甲皱微循环的变化与血液流变学有密切的关系，肥胖患者的血小板数、1分钟血小板聚集率、血球比积皆明显高于正常组，且皆与甲皱微循环障碍成正相关。
