目的探讨六味地黄发酵液对小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫和非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法采用碳粒廓清试验、二硝基氟苯法和血清溶血素法 ,观察六味地黄发酵液及六味地黄煎剂对小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬功能、迟发型变态反应和抗体产生的作用。结果六味地黄发酵液灌胃给药 30 0mg/kg ,每日 1次 ,连续 2周。六味地黄发酵液较六味地黄煎剂对小鼠迟发变态反应明显增强 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,半数溶血值明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而吞噬指数无明显变化。结论六味地黄发酵液在增强小鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能上优于六味地黄煎剂。
Objective To investigate the effects of Liuwei Rehmannia glutinosa fermentation on cellular immunity, humoral immunity and non-specific immune function in mice. Methods Carbon clearance test, dinitrofluorobenzene method and hemolysin method were used to observe phagocytic function, delayed-type allergic reaction and antibody production of phagocytes in Liuwei Rehmanniae Decoction and Liuweidihuang decoction. Results Liuwei Rehmannia glutathione fermentation gavage administration 30 0mg / kg, once daily for 2 weeks. Compared with Liuweidihuang decoction, Liuweidihuang decoction could significantly delay the late allergic reaction (P <0.05), half hemolytic value increased significantly (P <0.05), while phagocytic index did not change significantly. Conclusion Liuwei Rehmannia Broth is better than Liuweihuanghuang decoction in enhancing cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice.
