报告利用SPECT~(201)Tl心肌显像技术,定量分析先天性心肌病患儿右室收缩压变化及其临床意义.病例:34例儿童(男18例、女16例、平均年龄7.9±2.9岁)均患不同的先天性心脏病,全部患儿均经~(201)Tl SPECT心肌显像及心导管检查确诊.仪器与方法:Siemens ZLC-7500Digitrac,平行孔高分辨准直器.静脉快速注入~(201)TlCl 37~56MBq(1~1.5mCi),5min后行SPECT心肌显像.探头旋转180°(RAO30°~LPO60°),图像采集180°/5.5°帧/30~40s,矩阵64×64,放大倍数1.5.图像重建后断层厚度4mm.在短轴图像上最佳区分室间隔
