对68名VDT作业人员和61名非VDT作业人员的视功能与神经行为功能进行调查。结果发现:VDT作业人群的视力及泪膜破裂时间班后明显少于班前。按不同累计上机时间分析,各项视功能指标的改变与累计上机时间无明显相关。神经行为测试结果提示提转捷度得分VDT作业人群低于对照组,但与累计上机时间亦无相关,其余各项指标与对照组比均无显著性差异。故认为VDT作业较易引起视疲劳且短时(2h)操作即可引发视疲劳。研究未发现VDT作业对神经行为有累积效应,但可能对手指灵活性存在短期影响。
Visual function and neurobehavioral function of 68 VDT operators and 61 non-VDT operators were investigated. The results showed that: visual acuity and tear film rupture time after VDT work group was significantly less than before class. According to the different accumulated on the machine time analysis, the visual function of the changes and accumulated on the machine time no significant correlation. The results of neurobehavioral test suggested that VDT group had lower turnover rate than control group, but had no correlation with accumulated time on the machine, and the other indexes had no significant difference compared with the control group. Therefore, the VDT operation is more likely to cause visual fatigue and short-term (2h) operation can cause visual fatigue. The study found no cumulative effect of VDT work on neural behavior, but may have short-term effects on finger flexibility.
