目的探讨镍钴作业环境对白内障晶状体内微量元素含量的影响。方法收集159个镍矿区白内障摘出的晶状体,分为直接接触镍、间接接触镍和无接触镍3组。将样品放入盛有95%酒精溶液瓶中,再应用WXY—402型原子吸收分光光度计及极谱仪检测各微量元素含量,分析其与白内障发病的相关程度。结果3组晶状体中微量元素含量除Zn差异有统计学意义外,其余均无差异。结论镍、钴作业环境中白内障晶状体中镍、钴元素的蓄积程度不大。
Objective To investigate the effect of nickel and cobalt working environment on the content of trace elements in cataractous lens. Methods 159 lenses collected from cataract in nickel mining area were collected and divided into three groups: direct contact with nickel, indirect contact with nickel and non-contact nickel. The samples were placed in a 95% alcohol solution bottle, and then using WXY-402 atomic absorption spectrophotometer and polarography to detect the content of trace elements, analyze the correlation with the incidence of cataracts. Results There was no difference in the contents of trace elements in the three groups except Zn. Conclusions The nickel and cobalt contents in the cataractous lens in nickel and cobalt working environment are not large.
