应用~(14)C示踪技术,研究了杂交中稻汕优63生长后期及其再生稻光合产物的分配规律。结果表明,头季后期的光合产物一半以上运往头季穗部,8.2%~10.1%分配到再生稻穗部。分配到再生节位的光合产物以倒2,3节位最多,主要运往茎和鞘中。再生稻的光合产物主要输往穗部,并以倒2,3,4节位再生穗的分配比例最大。
The ~ (14) C tracer technique was used to study the distribution of photosynthate in hybrid rice Shanyou 63 at its late growth stage and its ratooning rice. The results showed that more than half of the photosynthetic products in the late first season were transported to the head of the Tijuani, and 8.2% ~ 10.1% to the spike of the regenerative rice. The photosynthate assigned to the regenerating node has the largest number of 2 and 3 nodes, and is mainly transported to the stem and sheath. The photosynthate of ratoon rice was mainly transfered to the panicle, and the proportion of regenerated panicles with the 2,3,4 node was the largest.
