芬兰学生在2000年、2003年、2006年、2009年度PISA测试中的高水准表现及个体间的极小差异引起了国际广泛关注,也促使芬兰内部对其教育系统有了新的态度。芬兰政府抓住这个机遇为其教育系统谋得积极印象与声望,打造芬兰教育的品牌,并使之成为国家品牌的关键要素。于是,我们耳畔关于“芬兰教育奇迹”的讨论越来越多,这也勾起了国内校长、老师、家长、教育有关部门等教育持份者的好奇心。
The high level performance of Finnish students in the 2000, 2003, 2006, and 2009 PISA tests and the extremely small differences between individuals have aroused widespread international attention, and have also prompted Finland to have a new attitude toward its education system. The Finnish government seized this opportunity to gain a positive impression and prestige for its education system, to build the Finnish education brand and make it a key element of the national brand. As a result, we have heard more and more discussions about “Finnish education miracles”. This has also aroused the curiosity of education leaders such as domestic principals, teachers, parents, and education departments.
