在河北省承德市鱼儿山牧场中国农业大学科技攻关实验站 ,以种植两年的无芒雀麦为试验材料 ,研究种子发育过程中含水量、重量和营养物质等生理生化的变化。试验结果表明 ,无芒雀麦种子发育过程中含水量呈现逐渐下降的阶段性变化 ,而种子干重则逐渐增加 ,在盛花期后 2 9d达到生理成熟 ,含水量为 57.5%。种子内可溶性糖含量随种子发育成熟逐渐减少 ,而种子内淀粉含量则逐渐增加。无芒雀麦种子内IAA、GA、ABA含量高峰在种子发育过程中顺序出现。
In the scientific and technological research station of China Agricultural University in Yuelishan pasture, Chengde city, Hebei Province, the experiment was conducted to study the physiological and biochemical changes of water content, weight and nutrients in seed development process. The results showed that the water content of A. brunnea decreased gradually during seed development, while the seed dry weight increased gradually. Physiological maturation was reached on the 29th day after flowering, with a water content of 57.5%. The content of soluble sugar in seed decreased gradually with the maturation of seed, while the content of starch in seed increased gradually. The peak contents of IAA, GA and ABA in the seed of Bromus inermis were appeared in the order of seed development.
