一、概况我县地处小凉山区,海拔1400—3300公尺,洋芋种植的分布均在2400—3300公尺。四十万亩耕地中,马铃薯占12万亩,是我县的主要粮食作物。马铃薯收成的丰欠,极大地关系着山区人民的生活。解放后,我县马铃薯生产有了很大发展,但由于品种退化,晚疫病流行,面积增加了,但总产仍徘徊不前。1974年晚疫病大流行,不少生产队连种子都不够,马铃薯晚疫病严重地威胁着我县洋芋的主产。 1972年,我们从内蒙乌盟农科所引进“克疫”马铃薯实生薯这一科研成果,在县委和各级党委的支持下,73年开始在全县多点试验,经过五年的努力,克疫实生薯利用
