案例:2010年4月,张海(化名)到福州一家民营运输公司做业务员。因为公司规模较小,分工简单,包括张海在内的很多员工都没有签订劳动合同。3个月后,张海与经理岳某一起去杭州出差,不想返回途中发生严重交通事故,张海身体多处受伤,生活无法自理。该市劳动局确认张海为工伤,但公司只为张海支付了医疗费用和3个月的工资,拒绝支付其它工伤补偿。公司的理由很简单,张海没有和公司签订劳动合同, Case: In April 2010, Zhang Hai (not his real name) went to a private transportation company in Fuzhou as a clerk.
