Everyone’s sleep time is different, some people even claim that they hardly sleep. So, can humans live without sleep? Scientists carried out a sleep deprivation experiment. On the first sleepless night, there was hardly any problem. By the second night, the phenomenon of addicted saliva became extremely severe, the functioning of the brain was diminished and mental work was impossible. This shows that the brain needs rest more than the body through sleep, insomnia can hardly see any body discomfort, but the brain felt. On the third night, it is impossible for the experimenter to be awake by his own strength. If it is to remain awake, then a few seconds of short-term sleep will inevitably occur. Due to the aggravation of mental fatigue, one becomes more easily impulsive and develops the symptoms of neurosis, such as manic and hallucinations, and the experimenter no longer has the ability to regulate himself. In addition, animal experiments show that when animals are deprived of sleep for several weeks, their body temperature drops rapidly and eventually leads to death.
