目的探讨泪道探通术后放射性125I粒子内置抑制泪道再狭窄的作用。方法新西兰纯种白兔30只,制备泪道狭窄模型。兔左右两侧泪道分别行单纯泪道探通术和泪道探通术后放射性125I粒子内置照射治疗。分别于治疗后7d、30d、90d三个时间点采集兔泪道组织标本各10只。免疫组化SP法检测兔泪道标本的Ⅴ型胶原纤维(CollagenⅤ),计算机图像分析仪定量测量IOD值(integral optical density,胶原纤维积分光密度),评价两种方法对抑制泪道再狭窄的效果。结果免疫组化结果提示,泪道探通术后放射性125I粒子内置照射组的泪道组织细胞CollagenⅤ的表达均显著低于单纯泪道探通术组,IOD值变化显著(P<0.01)。结论泪道探通术后放射性125I粒子内置照射对抑制泪道再狭窄作用有显著意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of radioactive 125I particle in resisting lacrimal restenosis after lacrimal passage probing. Methods Thirty New Zealand purebred rabbits were used to prepare lacrimal duct stenosis model. Rabbit left and right lacrimal duct lacrimal line probing and exploration of lacrimal duct radioactive 125I particles built-in irradiation therapy. Rabbits’ lacrimal duct tissue specimens were collected at 7, 30 and 90 days after treatment respectively. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect collagen type Ⅴ in rabbits lacrimal duct specimens, integral optical density (IOD) was quantified by computer image analyzer, and the effects of two methods on inhibiting lacrimal restenosis effect. Results The results of immunohistochemistry suggested that the expression of Collagen V in lacrimal passage cells after radioactive 125I particle irradiation was significantly lower than that of lacrimal passage group (P <0.01). Conclusions The radioactive 125I particle irradiation after lacrimal passage exploration has a significant effect on inhibiting restenosis of lacrimal passages.
