根据下面的反应式,直接加压酸浸含铁的硫化锌精矿,可以得到较高的锌的浸取率:ZnS+H_2SO_4+1/2O_2=ZnSO_4+S~0+H_2O实验结果表明,溶解的铁作为氧的载体对于锌的浸取反应有明显地促进作用。这是由于固溶在闪锌矿内的铁的溶解造成品格短陷,溶解在溶液中的铁离子成为氧化剂以及锌精矿中共存的黄铁矿与闪锌矿接触形成电流效应等结果。对于四种不同含铁量(1.7—8.6%)的硫化锌精矿按下面的条件即:150℃,Po_210kg/cm~,H_2SO_4/Zn mol.2.1—2.7,精矿20g/dm~3,Na—Lig。500mg/dm~3进行了实验,其结果锌的浸取率随着精矿中含铁量的增高以及添加三价铁离子、二价铁离子、磁黄铁矿、黄铁矿均有显著地提高。在四种精矿中,锌的浸取速度和闪锌矿内含铁量之间存在着线性关系,除一种例外即精矿中含铁高,却在闪锌矿内含铁低,但浸取率较高,这不仅是三价铁的作用,而且上述的几种效应同时促进锌的浸取反应的结果。
