草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)又称鲩、草鲩,因其生长迅速,产量高,肉质品质好被我国广大水产养殖户所钟爱,是中国淡水“四大家鱼”之一。但由于我省居民鱼类消费品种过于单一,加之草鱼病害严重且不好控制、规格太小不易培育,从而影响该品种在河南的发展。为了丰富我省渔业品种,促进我市水产养殖业健康发展,使水产养殖户能够从中受益,笔者利用工厂化养殖系统,培育较大规格草鱼种,以保证草鱼大规格鱼种数量达到一定规模,养殖成活率得 Grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella), also known as mulberry, grass mulberry, because of its rapid growth, high yield, good quality meat quality by our majority of aquaculture households love, is China’s fresh water “four major fish ”.
