凝血酶原复合物制剂(Prothromin Complex),简称PPSB,内含凝血酶原(因子Ⅱ)、Ⅶ、Ⅸ和X4个血浆凝血因子。自1976年6月以来,我院应用本品治疗先天性或获得性、单独或联合缺乏这4个因子所致的出血性疾病19例,及临床有出血倾向的非出血性疾病40例。现将疗效观察结果报告如下。 Prothromin Complex (Prothromin Complex), referred to as PPSB, contains prothrombin (factor Ⅱ), Ⅶ, Ⅸ and X4 plasma coagulation factors. Since June 1976, our hospital used this product in the treatment of congenital or acquired, alone or in combination with the lack of these four factors in 19 cases of hemorrhagic disease, and clinical bleeding tendency of non-bleeding disorders in 40 cases.
