基建施工企业,是以工程施工为主的实体。在其发展过程中要实现利润的最大化,就必须要认真做好项目施工的成本控制与管理。所谓内部控制,就是指企业为了保证各项工作的正常开展与进行,确保资产的完整、资金的安全,及时发现和纠正项目进行中的弊端,保证各种资料的真实、合法、完整,实现企业经营管理工作的规范化、制度化、科学化,实现企业的经营目标。如何才能有效实现工程项目内部的成本控制呢?笔者在此谈一点粗浅的认识。
