结合谢桥矿12418轨道平巷一侧大煤柱内富含断层构造带的复杂地质赋存状况,提出了锚杆强化控制技术,技术体系包括强化锚杆支护承载性能、强化巷道破裂围岩体强度和强化围岩承载结构等三方面。采用高预拉力、高刚度、高强度的“三高”性能锚杆可显著提高支护体的承载性能;锚杆和注浆加固方式可改善巷道破裂围岩体的强度;加强巷道顶板安全控制、强化煤巷两帮的支护及巷道肩角等关键承载区的补强施工是实现锚杆强化控制技术体系的重要途径。工程实践结果验证了锚杆强化控制技术可有效控制复杂地质条件下的巷道围岩变形。
