根据无钟炉顶颗粒运动数学模型,结合炉料在高炉内的堆角,建立了高炉内料面形状数学模型。针对高炉布料过程生产者无法直接观察炉内料面形状和料层厚度等信息,利用激光测试技术,提出新的料面形状测量方法。结合国内某钢厂2 580m3高炉的参数,利用激光测试新方法,测试高炉开炉过程中的料面形状。根据料面形状的测试结果,得到高炉不同布料矩阵对应的料面平台。
According to the mathematical model of the movement of the bellless top particle and the heap angle of the charge in the blast furnace, a mathematic model of the shape of the inner surface of the blast furnace is established. According to the fact that the producer of the blast furnace fabric can not directly observe the shape of the material surface and the thickness of the material in the furnace, a new method of measuring the shape of the surface of the material is proposed by using the laser testing technology. Based on the parameters of 2 580 m3 blast furnaces in a steel mill in China, a new method of laser testing was used to test the shape of the material surface during blast furnace blast furnace. According to the test results of the shape of the material surface, the corresponding material surface platform of the different fabric matrix of the blast furnace is obtained.
