对维修可达性的影响因素进行了分析;结合虚拟维修技术,在虚拟维修仿真基础上,尝试建立了各影响因素的评价方法和评价标准;基于视觉可达性、空间可达性、工具类型、工具更换频率和操作繁琐程度等5种因素,给出了各个维修等级维修可达性评价的维修难度(MD:Maintenance Difficulty)模型;并结合装备的某一基本维修作业,给出了研究实例。该模型为维修性中的可达性等定性指标的定量化评价和验证提供了可行的方法,同时为新型车辆的方案论证和初期研制提供了维修可达性的评价和验证手段。
Based on the virtual maintenance simulation, this paper tries to set up the evaluation methods and evaluation criteria of each influencing factor.
