在模拟东海某油田采出水条件下,将合成的3种芳香席夫碱[2-(苯亚氨基)甲基苯酚(a),N-(3-苯基烯丙基)苯亚胺(b),2-(亚肉桂基氨基)乙二胺](c)分别与硫脲、乌洛托品、碘化钾、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)制成复合型缓蚀剂(CI01、CI02、CI03),通过静态失重法、旋转挂片法、极化曲线法、扫描电镜法综合评价了3种缓蚀剂对N80碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,3种席夫碱复配缓蚀剂均有较好的缓蚀性能,其缓蚀率顺序为CI02>CI01>CI03,最高静态缓蚀率为87.2%。
Under the conditions of producing water from an oil field in the East China Sea, three kinds of aromatic Schiff bases [2- (phenyleneimino) -methylphenol (a), N- (3-phenylallyl) ), 2- (cinnamylideneamino) ethylenediamine] (c) Complex corrosion inhibitor (CI01) was prepared with thiourea, methenamine, potassium iodide and alkylphenol polyethoxylate (OP- , CI02, CI03). The corrosion inhibition performance of three corrosion inhibitors on N80 carbon steel was evaluated by static weight loss method, rotation coupon method, polarization curve method and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that all the three Schiff base compound corrosion inhibitors had good corrosion inhibition performance. The order of corrosion inhibition rate was CI02> CI01> CI03, and the highest static corrosion inhibition rate was 87.2%.
