目的:探讨宣发膜原方对CIA大鼠血清中TNF-α、IFN-γI、L-6和IL-10影响。方法:以CIA作为RA的动物模型,给予宣发膜原方治疗,用ELISA及放免法检测大鼠血清中TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6和IL-10的含量。结果:宣发膜原方可以降低大鼠血清中IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-6(P<0.01),升高IL-10(P<0.01)。结论:宣发膜原方能够调节CIA大鼠血清中细胞因子含量。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of original formula of Xuanfa Membrane on serum TNF-α, IFN-γI, L-6 and IL-10 in CIA rats. METHODS: The CIA was used as an animal model of RA and the original prescription of the hair mask was given. The levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 and IL-10 in the serum of the rats were detected by ELISA and radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The original prescription of Xuanfa Membrane can reduce serum IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-6 (P<0.01) and increase IL-10 (P<0.01). Conclusion: The original formula of Xuanfa Membrane can regulate the cytokine content in CIA rats.
