本文结合中小企业的特征及其对内部控制的影响,分析了中小企业内部控制存在的问题,并就中小企业内部控制内外部支持环境等方面提出了加强中小企业内部控制的具体对策。
Based on the characteristics of SMEs and their impact on internal control, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of SMEs, and puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen the internal control of SMEs in terms of internal and external supportive environment for SMEs internal control.
