(一) 怎樣使得顽皮兒童教育成爲一個完善的兒童,乃是一件艱巨的工作,也是每一個小學教育工作者,要時時刻刻去掌握以至去解决的問題。事實上是如此的:每一個級任老師都可以很熟習地說出他班上的幾個頑皮兒童的名字。假如一個顽皮的兒童老存在那個班裡,而不能順利解决時,不但是級任老師的一種精神負担,而且是全班同學在學習情緒上一種重大的威協。假如一位老師用了一種方法,使得一個顽皮兒童轉變了,那麽對於他自已,就是一種很大的安慰和興奮的事。加里寧說過:“教育是一種最困難的事業,優秀的教育家
