应用101澄清剂代替醇抚法制备灵芝黄芪精口服液。经正交试验，优选出最佳101澄清剂浓度和沉淀温度；与醇沉法相比，101澄清剂能有效除去杂质，保留多糖、氨基酸等有效成份，并能降低成本，简化工艺，制备质量更优的口服液。
101 clarifier was used instead of alcohol to prepare Ganoderma lucidum astragalus oral solution. Through orthogonal test, the best concentration of 101 clarifiers and precipitation temperature are optimized.
