国家卫生和计划生育委员会医疗管理服务指导中心于2015年初成立,其主要职能为研究医疗技术规范标准,对医疗机构评价进行技术指导和咨询。医管中心的成立拓展了我国国家层面在临床实践指南制订与质量评价方面的职能。本文阐述了临床实践指南的定义,分析了国内临床实践指南的现状,从国家层面提出了提高我国临床实践指南质量的建议,并分析了我国临床实践指南制定的成功案例,以期进一步促进我国临床实践指南制订的规范化、科学化、透明化。 The National Health and Family Planning Commission’s Medical Management Service Guidance Center was established in early 2015. Its main function is to study medical technical standards and provide technical guidance and consultation on the evaluation of medical institutions. The establishment of medical centers has expanded the functions of our country-level guidelines and quality evaluation in clinical practice.
